At TRE FORNI Pizza Catering, we bring the true taste of Italy to your event. Based in Brisbane, we specialise in crafting delicious, authentic Italian-style pizzas, cooked fresh on-site. From private parties and corporate gatherings to birthdays and weddings, we ensure a unique and memorable culinary experience for you and your guests. While new to Brisbane, our team boasts extensive experience in pizza catering from Sydney, promising professional service and exceptional flavour every time.

Margherita
Tomato base, fresh mozzarella, and basil. A timeless Italian favourite.
Meat Lovers
Tomato base, mozzarella, salami, ham and bacon. A crowd-pleaser for any event.
Ham and Mushrooms
Tomato base, mozzarella, ham, and fresh mushrooms. A delicious combination of savoury and earthy flavours.
Salami and Olives
Tomato base, mozzarella, premium salami, and Kalamata olives for a rich and perfectly balanced Italian flavour.
Prosciutto and rocket
Tomato base topped with mozzarella, premium prosciutto San Daniele, fresh rocket, and parmesan flakes for a light and elegant Italian classic.
Vegetariana
Tomato base, mozzarella, mushroom and kalamata olives. Fresh and vibrant.
Peperoni
Tomato base topped with mozzarella and premium pepperoni for a rich, smoky flavour and a satisfying little kick.
Hawaiian
Mozzarella base topped with premium ham and sweet pineapple for the perfect balance of savoury and sweet flavours.
Calzone ripieno
A traditional folded Italian pizza filled with melted mozzarella, tomato sauce, and selected fresh ingredients, then baked until golden and crispy.
Garlic
Freshly baked focaccia brushed with garlic-infused olive oil, available with or without mozzarella cheese.
Bruschetta
A light and fresh focaccia topped with cherry tomatoes, rocket, parmesan flakes, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Dessert Pizza
A warm and freshly baked Italian dessert pizza topped with creamy Nutella and icing sugar.
All our pizzas are finished with fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil.
Our Packages
Buffet Service
Our pizzas are freshly cooked mixed and served buffet-style, already sliced so guests can enjoy a variety of flavors throughout the event.
Each catering package includes 2 hours of service.
Lunch Service 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Dinner Service 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
